LUCRATEL LIMITED was incorporated in Nigeria on the 20th of May 2002 as a private company to render engineering support services to telecommunication operators in Nigeria at the wake of policy liberalization which took away the monopoly enjoyed by the government owned Telecommunication Company.

The company undertakes to construct and develop infrastructure base for the smooth take off and running of various telecommunication service providers. The company has since then grown to be among the top three in its chosen area of core competence, Telecommunication Network Development. Today, owing to growth and other business dynamics, the share holding consists of a number of reputable institutional investors, Nigerian entrepreneurs and the workforce.
