The Guidance Office and Testing Center connects with students in many ways. It provides counseling services to help them cope with myriad difficulties and problems of campus and family life. It networks with government and non-government agencies for more complicated cases that require specialized responses to their needs.

In addition to orientation and other regular services, the Guidance Office takes care of ID processing, referrals to academic and non-academic departments, including medical services in coordination with World Citi Med, and seminar-workshops in tandem with other departments. It conducts Retreats and Recollections especially for grade and high school students.

A major work of the Guidance Counselors and Psychometricians is to screen prospective students through the WCC Admission Test (WCCAT). They conduct interviews to help students process their decisions as they are guided through admission and enrolment procedures.
